Overview
We are looking for a high-energy **Sales Executive** to drive growth for our medical simulation and training portfolio.
You will be the "face" of the company, responsible for bringing life-saving training equipment to healthcare professionals, aviation crews, and first responders.
This is a hunter role focused on hitting targets through hard core selling, presentations, demonstrations and relationship building.
Salary range of AED 3000 to 4000.
Age limit – 25 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively "tap" into new market segments and identify untapped opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring they are updated on all the products which are in our portfolio.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of high-fidelity medical simulators and training equipment. You must be comfortable presenting to clinical educators and procurement personnel.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in medical simulation and competitor activity to position our products effectively.
- Work closely with the Sales Coordinator to ensure quotations are accurate and orders are processed smoothly.
- Meet monthly targets while ensuring profitability.
Requirements
- **Experience:** 3-5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in Medical Devices, Simulation Technology, or Medical Training Equipment.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with cold calling, networking, and door-opening.
- Exceptional presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical or clinical features in a simple way.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for on-site demos/presentations.
- Ability to learn how to operate and troubleshoot training equipment and simulators for maintenance purposes.
- **Driving licence:** should possess a valid UAE licence.
- Knowledge of **Arabic**, French or Spanish would be added advantage.
