Our Client is seeking a polished, proactive, and client-focused Sales person to drive sales and enhance the client experience at our luxury jewellery maison.
Working closely with the founder, this role combines personalized client service with sales strategy, ensuring exceptional experiences and strong client relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about luxury retail and high jewellery, with the ability to deliver tailored solutions and contribute to brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Actively engage with clients to drive sales and provide personalized recommendations
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Assist with client communication, appointments, and follow-ups
Support the planning and execution of events and client experiences to promote brand loyalty
Maintain client records, track sales, and report on client interactions
Collaborate with the founder and team to achieve sales targets and boutique goals
Liaise with external partners and service providers as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewellery, or client-facing sales roles
(Minimum 3 Years)
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
Professional, presentable, and highly client-focused
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable working in a founder-led, boutique environment
