Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for road freight and logistics services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of logistics or freight forwarding sales experience in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
