We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in the UAE joinery and interior fit-out industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of UAE sales experience in joinery, interior fit-out, furniture, or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of UAE interior design, fit-out, and construction market
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Arabic
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and develop client relationships
- Meet consultants, interior designers, contractors, developers, and project owners
- Identify upcoming fit-out and joinery projects across the UAE
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals
- Coordinate with estimation, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Maintain strong knowledge of joinery materials, custom furniture, fit-out works, and market pricing
- Conduct site visits and client meetings throughout the UAE
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities
Preferred
- Existing network of contractors, consultants, interior designers, and developers in the UAE
- Experience in custom joinery, fit-out, cabinetry, wardrobes, kitchens, doors, and furniture projects
Compensation
- AED 5,000/month
- Sales Incentives
