Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and client visits.
  • Promote and sell IT services
  • Meet potential clients to understand their requirements.
  • Explain IT services clearly and professionally to clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in IT services.
  • Good understanding of IT services and business solutions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to explain technical services in a simple way.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good client relationship management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling websites, mobile apps, software, IT support, cloud, or cybersecurity services.
  • Knowledge of the local market and business sectors.
  • Existing client networks are an advantage.
