As demand for digital transformation accelerates, we are seeking a commercially driven Sales Executive (IoT & Industrial Automation) to help expand our market presence and drive business growth.
Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding Amplicon Middle East's presence across the Industrial IoT, Edge AI, and Industrial Automation markets.
The role is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and solution positioning through to negotiation and closing—while consistently achieving sales targets and delivering long-term customer value.
Business Development
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across Industrial IoT, Industrial Automation, Edge AI, Industrial Networking, and Critical Infrastructure markets.
Develop and execute an effective territory sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Generate qualified leads through networking, prospecting, cold outreach, industry events, referrals, and customer engagement.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and disciplined CRM management.
Customer Engagement
Develop trusted relationships with system integrators, industrial end users, EPC contractors, OEMs, technology partners, and key decision-makers.
Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
Understand customer operational challenges and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Presales team to develop technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions.
Sales Execution
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and solution positioning through to quotation, negotiation, order closure, and post-sales relationship management.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline.
Negotiate commercial terms while protecting company profitability.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Amplicon's technology portfolio.
Market Development
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies across Industrial IoT, Edge AI, and Industrial Automation.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support business development and product strategy.
Represent Amplicon Middle East at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and industry networking events.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
Proven B2B sales experience (typically 3+ years) within Industrial IoT, Industrial Automation, Industrial Networking, Telecommunications,
Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong business development skills with the ability to identify new opportunities, develop long-term customer relationships, manage the
sales cycle, and consistently drive revenue growth.
Good understanding of Industrial Ethernet, IP networking, Industrial IoT, Edge AI, SCADA, industrial communication technologies, or automation solutions.
Experience selling technical solutions to system integrators, industrial customers, EPC contractors, government entities, or enterprise customers is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work independently in a results-driven environment.
Professional proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills, including Arabic, are an advantage.
A valid UAE driving license and experience selling within the UAE or GCC market are advantageous.
