Role Description
The Sales Executive Intern role is a part-time remote position focused on supporting the growth of Liveshift AI’s customer base and pipeline.
Day-to-day tasks may include researching potential clients, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools.
The intern will assist with outreach activities such as email campaigns, introductory calls, and follow-ups to schedule product demos or meetings for senior team members.
The role also involves gathering customer feedback, sharing insights with the product and marketing teams, and preparing basic sales reports or summaries.
This position is designed to provide practical experience in technology sales while contributing meaningfully to the company’s business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to present information in a concise, professional manner.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and customer engagement skills, such as lead research, relationship building, handling inquiries, and comfort with outreach via email or calls.
- Candidates should possess analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and interpret basic sales and customer data.
- Candidates should possess digital literacy skills, including familiarity with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn CRM or sales software.
- Relevant qualifications include interest in technology or AI, a proactive and self-directed work style, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
