A leading company in Qatar is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive
(Interior Fit-Out) to join its growing team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the fit out and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior construction market.
- Conduct outdoor sales activities, including client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Generate sales inquiries and follow up on leads to secure projects.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Total 5 years’ experience (minimum 3 years in Qatar) of interior fit-out sales experience.
- Strong experience in the construction and fit-out industry.
- Proven track record in outdoor sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry network.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Available for immediate joining.
- Strong negotiation skills
