We're Hiring: Sales Executive – Interior Design & Fit-Out
Location:** Business Bay, Dubai, UAE
Albero Interiors and Technical Services is looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team.
If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the interior design and fit-out industry, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
- Meet with clients to understand their interior design and fit-out requirements.
- Present the company's services professionally and prepare customized proposals.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand the client base.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to generate leads and build long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
