Sales Executive – Interior Design & Fit-Out

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and site visits.
• Meet with clients to understand their interior design and fit-out requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to promote company services.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and update the CRM database.

Requirements

• Minimum **3 years of UAE experience** in Interior Design, Fit-Out, Joinery, Construction, or related industries.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE fit-out and interior design market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in dealing with consultants, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients.
• Strong network within the UAE construction and interior fit-out industry.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
