Overview

Manage a portfolio of key HORECA and food business accounts, developing strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers.

Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and introduce new products to existing accounts.

Analyze account performance, track trends, and provide actionable insights to the Manager.

Implement sales plans, promotions, and campaigns in alignment with company objectives.

Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.

Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts within delegated authority.

Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences in the HORECA and food business segment.

Collect customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.

Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Quality Assurance) to ensure seamless delivery and service excellence.

Report on account performance, key metrics, and challenges to Manager – HORECA & Key Accounts

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
