About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team specializing in heavy machinery and generator rentals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving rental revenue targets across construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, industrial, oil & gas, infrastructure, and related sectors.
- Promote heavy equipment and generator rental services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate rental agreements, and close sales deals.
- Conduct regular customer visits and site inspections to identify rental requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and outstanding payments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely equipment delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in heavy equipment rental, construction equipment, generators, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of excavators, wheel loaders, generators, and rental business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Valid driving license.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in equipment rental companies.
- Existing network within the construction and industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales reporting.
