Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and company policies to customers.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and basic complaints professionally.
• Ensure jewellery displays are clean, attractive, and properly arranged.
• Assist in stock handling, product displays, and inventory checks when required.
• Support billing and sales documentation processes.
• Follow company policies, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.

Preferred Candidates

• Female candidates .
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Basic English and Hindi communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
