Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive – Gaskets role based in Sharjah.
The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities for gaskets and related products, manage an assigned sales territory, and develop strong relationships with distributors, industrial clients, and project contractors.
Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and following up to close deals.
The role also involves coordinating closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing, on-time delivery, and resolution of customer issues.
The Sales Executive will maintain updated sales reports, track market trends and competitor activity, and provide feedback to management to support pricing and product strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in industrial products, preferably gaskets, sealing solutions, or related mechanical/engineering components.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, including prospecting, networking, and account management.
- Good understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and basic mechanical/engineering concepts relevant to gaskets and fasteners.
- Proficiency in preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and handling order follow-up and after-sales support.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in the field, prioritize multiple opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic reporting practices.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region for client visits and site meetings.
