Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and warehousing services.
- Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and present quotations and service proposals.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or warehousing sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Good knowledge of the UAE logistics and transportation market.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per hour
