Overview

  • 1.
  • Identify, meet and develop relations with clients to promote freight services.
  • 2.
  • Research & create database of potential clients / markets through telesales, cold calls and market scout.
  • Plan sales visits in dedicated areas, respond to customer inquiries, send quotations and take necessary bookings. Engage with Team leads to close sales inquiries.
  • 4.
  • Continuously aim to increase customer base.
  • 5.
  • Execute Team’s market coverage / expansion strategies.
  • Create database in EFS system for sales visit and leads.
  • Put forth credit approval request wherever requested by the customers as per policy.
  • Follow-up on payments and ensure support to close all payment receivables and outstanding’s.
  • Co-ordinate with customer service and operation team to ensure customer service satisfaction.
  • Obtain customer feedback on the service delivery.
