Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding role based in Dubai, c
  • overing all Emirates and GCC
  • .
  • Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding across air, sea, road, and project cargo services.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, preparing and presenting quotations, negotiating rates and contracts, and closing deals in line with company targets.
  • Cold calling, tele-sales, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, understanding their logistics needs, and coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • The Sales Executive will also conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, maintain accurate sales reports, and represent the company at industry events or client meetings as required.
  • Hunt for new B2B clients across the UAE and grow our customer base by understand client supply chain needs
  • Work closely with pricing & operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge of Air Freight & Sea Freight operations (UAE trucking/land transport market - big plus)
  • 1–3 years of logistics sales experience preferred — or a strong ops background and the ambition to switch into sales
  • Strong negotiation skills (English required. Arabic a bonus)
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Proven experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales, with a strong understanding of air, sea, road freight, and project cargo solutions.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements, prepare tailored proposals, and present solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance processes, Incoterms, and international trade and shipping documentation.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic reporting and forecasting methods.
  • Valid UAE work eligibility and willingness to travel locally for client visits and meetings as needed.
