- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers to understand their floral needs and secure recurring business.
- Develop and present bespoke floral proposals, showcasing creativity and an understanding of client aesthetics for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Drive sales by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships with complementary businesses like wedding venues and caterers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
