Key Responsibilities

• Promote real estate offers and commission-based marketing projects affiliated with the company.
• Execute client communication plans (phone, WhatsApp, field visits, virtual meetings).
• Prepare simple property and project presentations and proposals.
• Follow up with potential clients through deal closure and contract signing.
• Participate in digital marketing and social media campaigns as directed.
• Collect and update potential client data in the company database.

Required Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in a relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, etc.) or sales experience.
• Previous experience in sales or real estate is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic, with acceptable English proficiency.
• Good knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media presence.
• Ambitious, high energy, able to handle work pressure and performance-based compensation.
