Position Overview
We are seeking a confident, well-presented, and results-driven **Female Sales Executive / Territory Sales Manager** to expand our market presence across the Gulf region and beyond.
Key Requirements
- Minimum **1 year of sales experience in the Gulf region** (preferably in IT, networking, or telecom industry)
- **Fluency in English is mandatory**
- Candidates will undergo a **1-hour English proficiency test during the interview**
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions *(technical training will be provided)*
- **Self-motivated** with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset
- **Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively**
- **Well-presented with a professional appearance and strong interpersonal presence**
- **Willingness to travel locally and internationally** (Middle East & Africa) once competency is demonstrated
- **Driving license is preferred but not mandatory**
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct **online meetings** with clients using Microsoft Teams and other platforms
- Attend **in-person meetings** to build and maintain strong professional relationships
- Understand **customer technical requirements** and recommend appropriate solutions *(training will be provided)*
- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Promote and sell networking, telecom, and surveillance solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights

- **Salary:** AED **3,500 – AED 5,000+**
