About This Role
Join the sales team at i Train Gym, Al Ain’s premier fitness destination for women. We are looking for a high-energy Female Sales Executive who is a natural closer and passionate about building a community. You will be the face of the brand, responsible for converting inquiries into long-term members and driving the growth of our premium facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Proactively convert leads and inquiries into active memberships to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Member Consultation: Conduct professional tours of the facility, presenting our "Train to Conquer" philosophy and membership tiers to prospective clients.
- Lead Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from initial contact and follow-ups to closing and onboarding.
- Retention & Loyalty: Build strong, professional relationships with current members to ensure high satisfaction and referral rates.
- Reporting: Track daily sales activities and provide regular reports on conversion rates and pipeline performance.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven sales success within the UAE market.
- Linguistic Skills: Exceptional command of both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
- Mindset: Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, premium environment.
- Professionalism: Excellent presentation skills and a genuine interest in the health and wellness industry.
