Role overview
West Golden Cargo LLC seeks a Sales Executive for its logistics and cargo sales team in Dubai.
The role develops customer relationships, follows up on leads, understands shipping needs, prepares quotations, and supports customers through the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Introduce logistics, cargo, and freight services to potential customers and generate opportunities through phone, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Follow up with new leads and existing customers, understand shipping requirements, and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare and share quotations and maintain customer communication through the sales process.
- Build long-term customer relationships and coordinate with operations for smooth shipment handling.
- Keep accurate customer and sales records and work toward monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional customer communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills are required.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp, email, and basic computer applications is required.
- Self-motivated, comfortable with sales targets, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, cargo, shipping, or related industries is advantageous.
- Current availability to work in the UAE is preferred.
Compensation and employment
- Full-time employment.
- AED 3,000 monthly salary plus commission; the posting also lists a pay range of AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
