Salary

• Salary is AED 3,000–3,500 per month, plus bonus and commission.

Hours and days off

• Duty hours are 11 hours plus a one-hour break.
• The schedule provides four days off per month.

Customer service and sales

• Greet customers and assist with laundry drop-off and pickup.
• Answer questions, assess customer needs, and provide solutions.
• Promote services and encourage relevant upsells and additional services.
• Work to increase customer satisfaction and five-star Google reviews.
• Increase shop sales through personalized service and relevant recommendations.
• Gather feedback and share it with the operations team.

Shop operations

• Receive and process payments accurately for laundry services.
• Sort and inspect incoming laundry items for quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented workspace.
• Handle minor repairs and take steps to prevent damage to items.
• Report potential security issues or store-related concerns to management.
• Assist with opening and closing and prepare the store for daily operations.
• Take responsibility for resolving issues that arise at the counter.

Requirements

• Retail or customer-service experience is preferred, particularly in the fashion or laundry sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to customer needs and quality service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of payment processing, cash handling, and POS software.
