, we are looking for a high-performing sales professional with proven experience in exhibition stand sales, lead generation, and deal closure within the UAE market.

We are currently looking for an experienced and driven Sales Executive with a proven track record in lead generation, business development, and sales closure within the exhibition stand industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Identify exhibitors participating in UAE and GCC exhibitions and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with marketing managers, procurement teams, event managers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and prepare customized exhibition stand proposals.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and sales activities in CRM.
- Develop repeat business and long-term client relationships.
Required Experience
- 3–8 years of UAE sales experience in:
• Exhibition Stand Design & Build
- Event Production
- Brand Activations
• Trade Show Services
- Experiential Marketing
- Proven track record of:
- Lead Generation
- Client Acquisition
- Proposal Submission
- Revenue Generation
- Sales Closures
- Strong understanding of major UAE exhibition venues such as:
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
- Knowledge of exhibition industry pricing, fabrication, and project execution.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
