Job Purpose

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and managing customer relationships in the UAE market.

The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities (Kras)

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify and acquire new customers to expand market presence.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and enhance product visibility in the market.
  • Negotiate pricing and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and support collections in coordination with finance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

  • **Sales Achievement vs Target (30%)**
  • **New Customer Acquisition (20%)**
  • **Collection Efficiency / DSO (20%)**
  • **Customer Retention Rate (15%)**
  • **Order Conversion Rate (10%)**

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in automotive or commercial vehicle spare parts.
  • Strong knowledge of European truck brands (Volvo, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Scania, DAF, Iveco).
  • Proven track record in sales achievement and business development in the UAE.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with field-based responsibilities.
  • Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of UAE workshops, fleet operators, and trading companies.

Preferred Requirements

  • GCC experience in European truck spare parts industry.
  • Experience in trading companies in automotive parts.

Experience Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: Automotive / Commercial vehicle spare parts
  • Similar Role Experience: Minimum 3 years

• Industry: Trading And Distribution

  • Geographic Experience: UAE / GCC preferred

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of European truck spare parts and applications
  • Ability to interpret catalogs and OEM part numbers
  • ERP systems and MS Excel proficiency

Behavioral Skills

  • Strong decision-making ability
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Result-oriented and target-driven mindset

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Mechanical / Automotive certification is an advantage
  • Training in truck components and catalog systems preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience)
