Unique World Robotics is a leading EdTech and robotics organization operating across the country.
We deliver robotics and AI education, STEM profiling, competition preparation, curriculum development, and school partnership programs — preparing students for global competitions including FIRST (FTC, FRC, FGC), WRO, and Codeavour.
Role Summary
Drive enrollment and revenue across UWR's course catalogue (Vacation Camps and Robotics/AI programs) and competition offerings.
You'll work B2C (parents and students) owning the pipeline from lead to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads for UWR courses and competition programs
- Build and manage a sales pipeline; consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets
- Conduct outreach to parents, students, schools, and education partners
- Coordinate and deliver product demos, info sessions, and trial classes
- Develop school partnership opportunities and follow through to onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in CRM; report on pipeline, conversions, and forecasts
- Represent UWR at competitions, expos, and community events
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth handover post-enrollment
Requirements
- 0–2+ years of sales experience (EdTech / education / B2B services strongly preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam an advantage
- Strong understanding of the education market
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with outreach
- Currently in country with valid residence/visa status
- For remote roles: reliable internet and a professional home-office setup
