We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent Samsung products in retail stores.
The role involves driving sales, educating customers on product features and benefits, supporting promotional campaigns, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and building strong relationships with store staff to maximize sales performances.
Sales & Customer Engage
- Introduce Samsung product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Drive product sales and achieve assigned sales targets
- Promote special offers, discounts, and new product launches.Training & Product Knowledge
- Participate in all product and sales training programs
- Transfer product knowledge to store managers and retail sales staff
- Educate floor staff on Samsung products, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor and report sales performance, stock availability, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Identify operational issues and escalate major concerns to Team Leaders when required
- Support store operations to ensure smooth execution of sales and promotional initiatives.
