ASAS Vista Real Estate is expanding its team and hiring a real estate agent to guide clients through buying, selling, and leasing properties.
The ideal candidate understands the local market, negotiates well, and helps clients find homes or investment opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, or landlords and tenants.
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent properties.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Accompany buyers on property visits and inspections, advising on property suitability and value.
- Prepare contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, and other necessary paperwork.
- Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
- Valid driver's licence and own transportation.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,500–2,500 per month.
