Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing Interior Fit-Out team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the fit-out and interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities
- **Primarily contact customers through calls and follow-ups**
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
- **Fluent in Arabic & English (Mandatory)**
- 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience is mandatory
- Experience in fit-out, furniture, or interior decoration is preferred
- Female candidates preferred
- Smart, confident, and presentable personality
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Valid UAE Driving License is an added advantage
- Fixed Salary (AED 3,000 – 4,000) + Commission
Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- UAE market knowledge and understanding of local business practices.
