By fully controlling its own factory operations, Jamali manages fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, branding, and quality control under one roof, ensuring consistent quality, competitive pricing, and fast turnaround times.
Clients benefit from a dedicated account manager, a wide range of customization options (including embroidery, screen and sublimation printing, and custom labelling), and reliable delivery across all seven UAE emirates and to regional and international markets.
Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Dubai in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site client visits and office presence with some flexibility to work from home.
The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of prospects, and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with clients across key sectors such as hospitality, corporate, healthcare, education, industrial, and logistics.
Daily tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations and product demos, understanding client uniform requirements, coordinating with the design and production teams on quotations and samples, and negotiating pricing and contract terms.
The role also involves managing existing accounts, ensuring timely follow-up from enquiry to delivery, handling after-sales support, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
The Sales Executive will collaborate with marketing on campaigns, attend industry events or client site visits as needed, and provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills in B2B environments, including prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals.
- Strong account management abilities, with experience nurturing long-term client relationships and delivering responsive after-sales support.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical or customization options clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize opportunities, manage multiple projects, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Experience in uniforms, textiles, apparel, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred; knowledge of hospitality, healthcare, or retail sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Dubai, with willingness to travel for client meetings across the UAE and occasionally within the GCC or other export markets.
- Proficiency in basic office and sales tools (e.g., CRM systems, email, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience
