Female Sales Executive – Real Estate Sector
A leading company in Dubai is looking to hire a Female Sales Executive with strong experience in the real estate industry.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE.
- Strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Existing database of clients, investors, and real estate contacts.
- Proven experience in business development and client acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market and current property developments.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Own vehicle is preferred.
- Currently based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers and clients.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Expand and manage the company’s client portfolio.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and partners.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and close deals.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
