Overview

uniCare Home Health is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers through effective communication, relationship building, and customer engagement.

This role requires excellent English communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with potential clients through phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Convert leads into customers by understanding their needs and presenting suitable services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • Target-driven with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred.
