Purpose of the Role:
Drive new member growth and retention by managing the full sales cycle, engaging leads effectively, and converting them into active members.
Acquisition
- Understand and work toward volume and financial targets.
- Manage the lead pipeline: calling, cleaning, qualifying, and advancing leads.
- Monitor daily lead volume, quality, and source performance.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel to ensure enough leads for conversions.
Retention
- Act as key account manager for an assigned customer base.
- Manage inbound/outbound calling: follow-ups, consumption issues, satisfaction checks, expiring members, and complaints.
- Schedule member consultations and recommendations with coaches.
Admin
- Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager.
- Maintain customer profiles and update acquisition/retention forecasts.
- Track progress against targets and recommend adjustments.
- Provide daily updates on sales performance.
Qualifications
5+ years working in Sales and Customer Experience roles – at least 2 years in Fitness/Wellness industry.
