Overview

  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, property values, pricing, and investment opportunities.
  • List, market, and promote properties across relevant platforms and channels.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and client meetings.
  • Negotiate offers, tenancy agreements, and sales contracts to achieve successful transactions.
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate documentation and transaction processes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and community performance.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD regulations, and all applicable real estate laws and procedures.
  • Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month
  • Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience

  • 5G: 2 years (Required)

Language

  • English (Preferred)
