The Role
We are looking for a high-performing sales executive to drive our growth in the UAE.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and selling our suite of high-tech solutions (AI services and Odoo ERP implementation).
If you are a tech-savvy sales executive who understands the local market intricacies and speaks the language of business in both Arabic and English, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our footprint in the UAE market, targeting key sectors like Retail, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and propose tailored AI and ERP (Odoo) solutions that drive digital transformation.
- Pipeline Management: Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
- Relationship Building: Forge strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the region.
- Brand Representation: Represent Decision Intelligent at industry events, networking sessions, and client presentations.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Market Expertise: Deep knowledge of the UAE market dynamics, business culture, and buying patterns.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP (Odoo experience is a plus), or IT consultancy.
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to grasp complex technical concepts (AI, Automation, Data Intelligence) and explain them in business terms.
- Drive: A self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for technology and innovation.
