Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai.

The Sales Executive will identify and nurture opportunities with K–12 schools across the GCC, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to proposal development and closing.

Responsibilities

include building and maintaining strong relationships with school leaders and decision-makers, understanding their EdTech and curriculum needs, and positioning The Knowledge Hub’s solutions to address those requirements.

The role involves conducting product demos, attending client meetings and education events, coordinating with internal teams on proposals and tenders, and ensuring accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

The Sales Executive will also follow up on implementations with account management teams to support renewals, expansions, and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and building long-term client relationships, ideally within education, EdTech, or related sectors.
  • Strong abilities in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience delivering persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to diverse stakeholder groups, including school leadership and educators.
  • Comfort working with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic sales analytics to track performance and inform strategy.
  • Understanding of K–12 education trends, STEM/STEAM, and digital learning solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client visits, events, and school engagements as required.
