Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the UAE.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting JTS Engineering's range of engineering consultancy services.

The role involves generating leads, meeting prospective clients, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and following up to secure new business.

The Sales Executive will work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless project coordination and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of building long-term relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, facility management companies, and asset owners across the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Promote JTS Engineering's services and solutions to developers, consultants, contractors, and asset owners.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Follow up with clients and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
  • Represent JTS Engineering at client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in engineering, construction, MEP, or technical services.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop new business and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
