About Us
We are a well-established German company expanding our retail operations in Dubai.
Our business specializes in mobile phones, accessories, device repair services, and customer-focused retail solutions.
With multiple branches across Dubai, we are looking for experienced and motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell mobile phones, accessories, and related products
- Provide professional customer service and product consultation
- Support customers with mobile repair inquiries and service coordination
- Manage daily kiosk/shop operations and cashier duties
- Maintain product displays and inventory organization
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance
- Promote additional products and upsell accessories
- ***Requirements Previous experience in mobile phone sales, accessories, or repair is mandatory***
- Experience in kiosk sales or retail sales environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic technical understanding of smartphones and accessories
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible mall timings and weekends
- English required; additional languages are an advantage
