Job Description
Arabela real estate broker is seeking a motivated and experienced **Real Estate Sales Consultant / Property Broker** to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan and completed residential properties from leading developers in the United Kingdom and Dubai, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and assisting buyers throughout the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property developers.
- Conduct property consultations and presentations.
- Advise clients on investment opportunities in the UK and Dubai property markets.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and manage the sales process from enquiry to completion.
- Coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers, developers and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of proven experience** in Dubai real estate sales or property brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and off-plan developments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English is essential. Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
