Sales Executive

Role

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities; build relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
• Conduct market visits, prepare and deliver product presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor competitors, gather customer feedback, and coordinate with internal teams on inventory and delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts; uphold customer service standards and represent the brand professionally.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated direct sales, account management, and business development skills in FMCG, chemicals, or related industries.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and develop sales strategies and plans.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Dubai or GCC market experience and a valid UAE driving license are highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
