POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Sales Executive, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, building strong and long-term relationships while facilitating high-value property investments. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Investment Advisor, CEO, and COO, gaining exposure to premium real estate opportunities within Dubai’s luxury property market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage communication and relationships with UAE’s top premium developers.
  • Engage and follow up with leads from our exclusive database.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and investors.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Senior Advisor and CEO.
  • Support and assist in ongoing high-value property transactions.
  • Prepare daily reports and share timely market feedback.
  • Collaborate with the investment team to ensure smooth deal closures.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in telesales or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written. additional languages are a plus.)
  • Clear, confident, and professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
  • Team player with strong reporting discipline.
  • Performance-driven, motivated by results.
