Customer Interaction
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and availability.
Sales Management
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals for customers.
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products.
Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with the latest product ranges, trends, and industry developments.
- Explain technical details, installation methods, and maintenance of tiles and sanitaryware.
Relationship Building
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and interior designers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly.
Showroom Maintenance
- Ensure that the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.
- Regularly update product displays to showcase new arrivals.
Market Research
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and offers.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve the product range and services.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for stock updates and deliveries.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good understanding of interior design trends and construction materials.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients effectively.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-3 years of UAE experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or a similar role.
Language
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required. Arabic will be considered an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
