Sales Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for video production, social media management, and content services
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients across real estate, hospitality, corporate, and events sectors
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and pricing packages to prospective clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• Represent InkSpill Production at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the production and content teams to ensure client expectations translate into deliverable scopes
• Keep up to date with Dubai's media production market, competitor offerings, and pricing trends
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline status, and client communications

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of sales experience within a media production, advertising, or creative agency environment (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of video production, social media, and content marketing services
• Existing network of contacts or clients within Dubai's business, real estate, or events sectors is highly preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders such as marketing managers, business owners, and CEOs
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• UAE driving license preferred
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)
