Experience Required
- 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience in pallet manufacturing, wooden packaging, timber products, logistics, industrial supplies, or B2B sales.
- Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for wooden pallets and packaging solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate sales through cold calling, client meetings, site visits, and networking.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and successfully close sales deals.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow up on payments and provide excellent after-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of wooden pallets, export pallets, custom pallets, and industrial packaging is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic or Hindi is an added advantage.

Salary
Competitive salary plus commission (based on experience and performance).
