Rapidus Logistics FZCO is hiring a Sales Executive in Dubai.
We are a freight forwarding and customs clearance company based in DAFZA, focused on building a fast, responsive, and operationally strong logistics business for SMEs and traders across the UAE.
We are looking for someone who understands freight forwarding, knows how to build client relationships, and is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and client accounts
- Develop relationships with importers, exporters, traders, and SMEs
- Coordinate with operations and pricing teams for quotations and shipment execution
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer requirements
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the shipment process
- Support growth across air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and related logistics services
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics is mandatory
- UAE market experience preferred
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a growing company environment
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
