We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Agent
to join our growing digital marketing agency in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for digital marketing services.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Skills
- **Sales and Negotiation**
- : Strong persuasive skills with a proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts effectively.
- **Communication**
- : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
- **Technical Understanding**
- : Familiarity with digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media management, PPC, web development, and analytics, CRM & Lead Generation Processes.
- **Presentation Skills**
- : Ability to prepare and deliver impactful presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
Local Market Knowledge
- Familiarity with the UAE market and knowledge of local industries, trends, and competitors in the digital marketing landscape.
- Experience networking and building relationships with businesses in Dubai is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and prospect potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
- Present digital marketing solutions to clients, including customized strategies for their businesses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and services to better advise clients.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new clients acquired per month.
- Total revenue generated.
- Client retention rate and satisfaction levels.
- Conversion rate of leads into sales.
Qualifications and Experience
- **Educational Background**
- : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**
- : Minimum of 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or a related industry (media, advertising, or technology).
- **Track Record**
- : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
