Role Description
- We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales & Business Development Executive to manage incoming leads, convert them into customers, and build long-term partnerships.
- This role combines inside sales (handling CRM leads) and outside sales (developing new business opportunities and partnerships).
- Manage and follow up on daily CRM leads through calls and messages
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings with strong follow-up discipline
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction
- Upsell and cross-sell services such as detailing, graphene coating, tinting, and PPF
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable premium services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build partnerships with: Car showrooms (new & used), Luxury car dealers, Corporate companies & fleet owners and Rental companies
- Generate consistent inflow of vehicles through partnerships and networking
- Explore new sales channels and revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM
- Meet conversion, revenue, and partnership targets
Requirements
- 2–5 years in sales/business development in Dubai (automotive preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- **Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented**
