About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional **Sales Executive** with proven experience in the **real estate sector**.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations, and creating high-quality video content for property marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify real estate leads.
- Conduct property viewings and client consultations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions effectively.
- Create and present engaging property videos for social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Promote property listings through online and offline channels.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in property videography and social media content creation.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional in approach.
