The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our food products to various establishments such as restaurants, cafes, hotels, and catering companies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prospect new clients in the food service industry, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and catering businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our food products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability for the company.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other administrative documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote our brand.
- Stay informed about industry developments, new products, and emerging trends in the food service sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years of EXPERIENCE IN FROZEN FOODSTUFF ONLY.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools for prospecting and managing customer relationships.
Passion for food and culinary knowledge is highly desirable.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
