Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Dubai.
The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities for surface preparation equipment, turnkey project solutions, and blasting abrasives across target markets.
Responsibilities
include managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to preparing quotations, conducting product presentations and site visits, and closing deals.
The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, providing technical and commercial support, and coordinating with internal engineering, operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies and achieve revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, surface preparation, blasting, coating, construction, or related sectors.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to understand and explain technical products and turnkey solutions, including equipment specifications and basic engineering concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, including pipeline management, follow-up discipline, and accurate reporting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic sales reporting and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
